• Culinary certificate NC II in Commercial Cooking or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years experience as cook in commercial kitchens, industrial canteens, or site camps.
• Valid health certificate/food handler's permit.
• Ability to prepare balanced meals for large site teams (5+ staff).
• Plan weekly menus, budget, and prepare wholesome meals for solar site management, staff, and contractors.
• Ensure strict food hygiene, proper storage, sanitation of kitchen facilities, and manage kitchen supply inventory.
