  • Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets the eatery’s quality and taste standards.
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
  • Assist in menu planning and recommend improvements or new dishes, if required.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and adequately stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including utensils, cooking surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination or spoilage.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all orders are prepared and served promptly.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth kitchen and dining operations.
