• Oversee Daily Operations – Direct and coordinate the company’s retail and distribution activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations across all business units.
• Drive Sales Performance – Develop and implement sales strategies that boost revenue, improve customer engagement, and strengthen market presence within retail and distribution channels.
• Optimize Operational Processes – Establish and monitor KPIs, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and cost control.
• Lead and Develop Teams – Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to operational and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure Compliance and Business Growth – Maintain adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and operational standards while identifying new opportunities for expansion and business development.

• Graduate of Business Administration, or any business, management, or operations-related course
• With at least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or operational role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid background and strong focus in sales and/or operations within the retail and distribution industry (an advantage)
• Flexible and willing to be assigned to any business unit for extended period
