Job summary

I-Serve360 Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee distribution, warehousing, logistics and field operations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to hit volume, revenue and distribution targets, monitor KPIs, and drive SOPs and cost efficiency. Travel to field visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience managing teams and day-to-day operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, distribution, logistics, and sales operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP or inventory management systems experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations covering distribution, logistics, warehousing, and field operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, damages, returns, and expiries.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Support the Sales team in achieving volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
• Monitor sales and operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Manage and optimize delivery routes, manpower allocation, and operational resources.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations, warehouse, logistics, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
