Job summary

B. Braun Melsungen AG is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer in Taguig. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, delivering insights to drive strategic decisions and strengthen financial controls.

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you’ll coordinate with operations, commercial, and HR teams, build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and contribute to compliance and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years in controlling, FP&A, and business partnering.
• SAP mandatory; Power BI for reporting.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for dashboards.
• Experience in multinational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Financial Planning & Analysis Officer

As a Financial Planner at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and decision‑making. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will ensure the integrity of financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights through financial analysis. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial performance with strategic objectives while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Your key responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis — Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans; perform variance analysis and identify key drivers.
• Reporting & Insights — Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness of data; provide clear recommendations to management.
• Performance Management — Monitor KPIs, support business units in understanding results, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Financial Controls & Compliance — Support implementation of internal controls, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and assist in audits.
• Business Partnering — Collaborate with operations, commercial, HR, and other teams; provide financial guidance on cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification preferred.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in SAP (mandatory) and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments preferred.
• Ability to prepare and deliver business case presentations to management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to partner with commercial, sales, and marketing teams.
