B. Braun Medical Supplies, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Officer to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights.

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will ensure data integrity and deliver actionable analyses with cross‑functional partners. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy (CPA preferred), 3–5 years FP&A/controlling experience, and strong SAP, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning/analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in SAP (mandatory) and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis — support annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term plans; identify drivers.
• Reporting & Insights — prepare monthly/quarterly/adhoc reports; provide management recommendations.
• Performance Management — monitor KPIs, develop dashboards and reporting tools.
• Financial Controls & Compliance — support internal controls, ensure compliance, assist audits.
• Business Partnering — collaborate with operations, commercial, HR; advise on cost optimization.

As a Financial Planner at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and decision‑making. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will ensure the integrity of financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights through financial analysis. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial performance with strategic objectives while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Your key responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis — Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans; perform variance analysis and identify key drivers.
• Reporting & Insights — Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness of data; provide clear recommendations to management.
• Performance Management — Monitor KPIs, support business units in understanding results, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Financial Controls & Compliance — Support implementation of internal controls, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and assist in audits.
• Business Partnering — Collaborate with operations, commercial, HR, and other teams; provide financial guidance on cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification preferred.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in SAP (mandatory) and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments preferred.
• Ability to prepare and deliver business case presentations to management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to partner with commercial, sales, and marketing teams.
