Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Controllership Manager to lead end-to-end accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls for crypto-asset accounting and fiat balances. You will partner across functions to align with regulatory standards and drive process improvements in a fast-moving fintech environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting and controllership experience, CPA preferred, and hands-on ERP expertise (NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA credential strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Crypto/fintech or high-transaction-volume industry familiarity.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with BSP/SEC/BIR.
• Manage internal controls and risk management.
• Collaborate on product launches affecting accounting.
• Drive automation by integrating ERP with trading/back-end systems.
