Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Manila to own the product line, strategy, and backlog, guiding cross-functional teams toward safe, scalable, and compliant platform delivery. You will manage embedded-finance partnerships, drive API capabilities, and oversee performance metrics and incidents.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Product Management or closely adjacent roles, with a track record of owning a product line end to end.
• Experience with roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, discovery, backlog ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with embedded finance where a partner’s end users are the ultimate consumer of the product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive- and partner-facing.
• Deep experience in Agile delivery; fluent in Scrum and Kanban.
• Solid grasp of API, mobile, and web development to lead technical trade-offs with engineering.
• Commercial acumen: understands financial statements, business models, and revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product's positioning, roadmap, and prioritization, communicating direction to stakeholders.
• Groom the product backlog and set delivery priorities for Scrum events.
• Define the problem space and feature agenda aligned with OKRs.
• Manage embedded-finance partner relationships and onboarding.
• Track partner activation, retention, and revenue contributions.
• Lead API capabilities delivery and sequencing with dependencies.
