Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a hands-on Financial Controller to own the books, cash and reporting across group entities as the company scales toward commercial operations in 2027.

You will coordinate external advisers, manage cash runway and governance, and build finance processes from scratch in a fast-growing environment. The role is highly autonomous, combines accounting and finance leadership, and requires handling ASC 350‑60 considerations and cross-border obligations as the business

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or ICAN considered.
• 5–10 years of hands-on accounting with monthly close ownership.
• Experience in lean finance environments and startups preferred.
• Interest in Bitcoin/digital assets is advantageous.
• Ability to operate across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own bookkeeping, chart of accounts and monthly close.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank recs and expense control.
• Stand up accounting system and internal controls relevant to growth stage.
• Manage cash runway, rolling forecast and capital deployment tracking.
• Coordinate with external advisers (Deloitte, auditors, tax advisors) and prepare for go‑live in 2027.
• Produce monthly management accounts and board packs; support investor reporting.
