Qualifications

• 1-2 years Control-M experience for Junior, 2-4 for Mid, 5-8 for Senior, 8+ for Lead
• Experience scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting production batch jobs
• Windows and Unix/Linux knowledge; basic scripting and SQL
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• Exposure to integrations such as SAP, file transfers (MFT) or cloud data pipelines is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including shift or on-call coverage where required

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and maintain batch jobs and workflows in Control-M based on business requirements
• Monitor job runs, troubleshoot failures and resolve incidents within SLA
• Manage job dependencies, calendars and schedule changes through the change process
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure and support teams to keep batch cycles stable
• Prepare runbooks and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation
• Senior and Lead levels: administer Control-M servers and agents, lead upgrades and mentor the team
