Ugnay Solutions, a global enterprise organization, seeks a Control-M Scheduler (Junior to Lead) in the Philippines to build, schedule and monitor batch jobs, ensuring critical processes run on time. You will collaborate across IT to maintain stability and efficiency.

The role is permanent and full-time with a hybrid work setup (1x onsite per week). Strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus hands-on Control-M expertise, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Control-M experience corresponding to level (1–8+ years depending on role).
• Experience scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting production batch jobs.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux, plus basic scripting and SQL.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy and incident/change management.
• Exposure to integrations such as SAP, file transfers (MFT) or cloud data pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, including shift or on-call coverage if required.

• Manage job dependencies, calendars and schedule changes through the change process

• Prepare runbooks and documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation
• Senior and Lead levels: administer Control-M servers and agents, lead upgrades and mentor the team

You will be working with a global enterprise organization running large-scale batch and workload automation environments. The Control-M Scheduler will build, schedule and monitor batch jobs while keeping critical business processes running on time.We are currently pooling candidates for this role. The target position opening is December 2026.

What you will do

• Create, schedule and maintain batch jobs and workflows in Control-M based on business requirements
