MicroSourcing is seeking an Operations Support Team Leader in Metro Manila. The role leads a team across shift windows (Day, Mid, or Night) delivering operational and administrative support to six client verticals, reporting to the HR Admin Support Manager.

You will supervise attendance, client reporting, asset and inventory control, meeting documentation, and AM backup coverage, ensuring SLA compliance while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑minded work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business or related field.
• 2+ years supervising employee records, contracts, benefits or inquiries.
• Experience in a BPO/shared services environment is preferred.
• Hands-on HRIS data maintenance with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end employee records, contracts, status changes and exit docs.
• Track renewals and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and conduct regular data audits.
• Oversee HR helpdesk and route complex cases to HR partners.
