• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• Exposure to integrations such as SAP, file transfers (MFT) or cloud data pipelines is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including shift or on-call coverage where required

You will be working with a global enterprise organization running large-scale batch and workload automation environments. The Control-M Scheduler will build, schedule and monitor batch jobs while keeping critical business processes running on time.We are currently pooling candidates for this role.
