Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation seeks a Contracts Engineer for Hospitality 2 & Utilities in the Philippines. The role focuses on bidding, awarding projects, preparing bid documents, evaluating tenders, and monitoring on-time project awards.

You will lead pre-construction to post-construction activities, coordinate with stakeholders, process change orders, and ensure timely payments through contract management systems. A licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years experience.
• Experience in bid preparation, tender evaluation and contract administration is preferred.
• Ability to manage change orders, cost estimates, and ensure timely project closure.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction Phase: conduct pre-bid meetings, attend site inspections, prepare control estimates, create bid documents, tabulate and evaluate bids, and monitor procurement for timely award.
• Construction Phase: evaluate change orders, process contract billings, attend coordination meetings, conduct final inspections.
• Post Construction Phase: prepare contract closures and maintenance/repair contracts.
• Others: IFCAPplus entry/variation, Procore, CAD monitoring and trackers.
