Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, seeks a Customer & Account Manager in Batangas, Philippines. You will manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and support on-time delivery and customer payments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or 6 years’ experience in lieu), strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive improvements in a manufacturing environment. Hybrid work arrangement at First Philippine Industrial Park.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills

Mansioni

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers
• Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs and exceptions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc.
• Manage contracts including customer delivery status inquiries and expediting requests
• Assist with timely payment from customers
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate ownership toward assigned responsibilities
• Train and develop others in areas of expertise
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards and recommendations
