Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join a hybrid team in Tanauan. You will coordinate orders, RFQs, and customer obligations while interfacing with multiple internal departments to ensure timely, accurate flow-downs and delivery status.

You will support payments, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and train others while upholding EHS standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and review orders.
• Process orders, RFQs and exceptions per terms and contracts.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments across the organization.
• Ensure timely communication of flow-downs to supply chain, shipping and QA.
• Assist with customer delivery status inquiries and expedite requests.
• Support timely payment collection from customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ownership of assigned responsibilities and train others.
• Follow EHS practices and report hazards or safety concerns.
