The role focuses on coordinating daily activities, reviewing agreements, and guiding staff through performance improvements while ensuring CBRE RISE values are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to convey expectations and handle problems with sensitivity.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team and improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules; cross-train staff.
• Review and evaluate contract and service agreements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to contract modifications and extensions.
• Prepare proposals for new or continued contracts and make award recommendations.
• Negotiate and monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
