Job summary

XISCO is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance at the client’s Tanauan Batangas premises. The role reports to the facilities head and collaborates with client system owners to ensure SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, 5+ years in facilities O&M, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires a 5-day work week and availability for after-hours work when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities at oil and gas.
• Strong leadership in facilities O&M management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.

Position Overview

Contract Manager for client is a service-oriented professional based in the client’s company premises located in Tanauan Batangas. He will be reporting directly to the client’s facilities head and/or his/her designated representative/s ensuring the Operation and Maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the contracted Service Level Agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bacheor's Degree of any related course as Engineering and Business Management
• 5 years minimum experience in facilities at oil and gas company
• Strong leadership skill with at least 5 years in Facilities O&M managerial position.
• Adept in using word, excel and PowerPoint applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to facilities management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
