Job summary

XISCO is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance at the client’s Tanauan Batangas premises. The role reports to the facilities head and collaborates with client system owners to ensure SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, 5+ years in facilities O&M, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires a 5-day work week and availability for after-hours work when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities at oil and gas.
• Strong leadership in facilities O&M management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance.
• Overall responsible and key contact client for management directions and escalations.
• Works 5 days a week.
• Able to work beyond regular working hours when necessary.
• Reports to Client and collaborates with Client system owners.
• Submits executive summary report every month.
• Opportunities for improvements.
