Job summary

CONNECTIFY DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES CORPORATION is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contracts for telecommunications projects. You will prepare, review, and process contracts, maintain a centralized repository, and ensure all documents are accurate and approved before execution.

You will also coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, monitor obligations, deadlines, and renewals. This role requires diligence in maintaining compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and reviewing contracts for telecommunications projects.
• Ability to maintain organized contract repositories and ensure current documentation.
• Knowledge of monitoring contract validity, renewals, insurance, warranties, and performance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, process, and maintain contracts, purchase agreements, subcontract agreements, work orders, change orders, and amendments for telecommunications projects.
• Ensure contract documents are complete, accurate, and properly approved before execution.
• Maintain an organized contract repository and ensure all project documentation is current and readily accessible.
• Monitor contract validity, expiration dates, renewals, insurance requirements, warranties, and performance obligations.
• Track contractual deliverables, milestones, payment terms, and key deadlines.
• Coordinate contract execution between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
