Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a contract manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts onsite in Taguig. You will manage creation, review, execution, renewal, rebates, returns and refunds while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Collaboration with finance and business units will be essential to resolve escalations and improve processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, stakeholder management, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end contract management including rebates, returns and refunds.
Experience in Shared Services or BPO is preferred.
Some exposure to finance operations is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: creation, review, execution and renewal.
Oversee rebates, returns and refund processes linked to contracts.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business units, finance and other stakeholders to resolve escalations.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in contract management.
Maintain contract records, reports and documentation to support audits.
Assist finance-related activities including invoicing or reconciliation tied to contracts.
