Job summary

Inchcape Philippines, part of Inchcape’s global network, is seeking a Continuous Improvement SME to drive efficiency and customer experience across our Finance Global Business Services team. You will lead process improvement initiatives and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with Technology and Digital teams on automation, analytics, and transformation opportunities while building CI capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience leading process improvement projects from opportunity identification through implementation and stabilization.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, and other methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and design future-state processes with business partners across functions.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing performance data and closing inefficiencies.
• Support transformation projects with automation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor project outcomes, track benefits, manage risks, and sustain improvements.
• Coach colleagues on process improvement tools and problem-solving approaches.
