Job summary

Inchcape Global Business Services APAC is seeking a Continuous Improvement SME to join our team in BGC, Taguig. You will drive process optimization, operational excellence, and change enablement across the global services landscape.

You will collaborate with leadership, process owners and market stakeholders to translate data into practical improvements, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies. A strong analytics mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence or related field.
• Experience in multinational/shared services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build continuous improvement capability by coaching colleagues in structured problem solving, process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Identify, assess and prioritize improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
• Lead and support defined workstreams and small-to-medium improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA.
• Support implementation, testing, change adoption, stabilization and handover to process owners.
• Monitor adoption and performance post-implementation and identify further improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for workflow, automation, analytics and digital enablement with Technology and Digital teams.
