The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in insurance operations, strong leadership, and proven ability to analyze MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• 5 years of experience in Insurance industry and 3 years as Process Coordinator or Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and effectively use MIS reports.
• Experience working in a multi-client environment and coordinating teams across functions.

• Build capacity through resource planning, load balancing and cross training.

• Knowledgeable in MS products or similar tools/ systems

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate front-line employees; ability to lead and manage teams

• Ability to work effectively across language & cultural barriers with US based customer
