Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent work experience in instructional design or training development.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and content‑development skills.
• Ability to simplify complex telecom processes and tools.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning solutions for telecom operations.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and performance support tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and operational alignment.
• Apply instructional models and adult learning principles to all materials.
• Maintain design standards, templates, and documentation.
• Review training effectiveness and propose updates when required.
• Support development and launch of new learning content in partnership with eLearning developers.
