Responsibilities

• Review design spreadsheets and content matrices to identify reuse opportunities.
• Operate CMS back end to create assets in bulk and stage placeholder text.
• Use data transfer tools to move content from spreadsheets into drafting documents.
• Publish initial staging assets for development to proceed.
• Manage localization parameters in translation management system and routing tags.
• Submit content for peer review and QA.
• Troubleshoot basic import errors and batch large files when needed.
• Verify project briefs and align staging with requirements.
