Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to manage and optimize our enterprise website platform. You will handle content updates, DAM assets, and migration tasks across multi-site environments, using Optimizely and related CMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, IT, multimedia or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in website administration or digital content coordination.
• Hands-on CMS experience, ideally Optimizely; familiarity with other CMS systems is a plus.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms and content migration workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, QA, and stakeholder coordination; proficient with MS Office 365/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day admin and optimization of the Optimizely website platform.
• Create, update, format, and publish website content across pages and templates.
• Manage digital assets within the DAM platform, including tagging and metadata.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Creator professional to support the administration and ongoing management of an enterprise website platform. The role will focus on website content updates, digital asset management, content migration, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination, with hands‑on use of Optimizely and DAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Optimizely website platform.
• Create, update, format, and publish website content across pages, reusable components, and templates.
• Manage digital assets within the DAM platform, including uploads, tagging, metadata, categorisation, and library organisation.
• Assist with content migration from legacy systems, ensuring information is transferred accurately and consistently.
• Conduct quality assurance checks across website content, links, functionality, formatting, and overall user experience.
• Work with internal stakeholders on website updates, content requests, platform improvements, multi-site requirements, troubleshooting, and post-launch support.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Multimedia, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in website administration, web content management, digital content coordination, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely; experience with Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar systems will also be considered.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, content migration, metadata tagging, digital asset organisation, and website publishing workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and other content management tools; exposure to enterprise websites, multi-site environments, component-based structures, or UX principles is an advantage.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, 7AM - 4PM.
