Job summary

CYBALINK SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a Digital Content Creator to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Optimizely website platform.

You will create, update, format, and publish content across pages, components, and templates, while managing digital assets in the DAM and conducting QA checks for quality user experience. The role requires hands-on CMS experience, collaboration with internal stakeholders on multi-site updates, migrations, and post-launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, IT, multimedia, business or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in website administration or digital content coordination.
• Hands-on CMS experience with Optimizely; familiarity with other CMS platforms welcomed.
• Experience with DAM, metadata tagging, content migration, and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Optimizely website platform.
• Create, update, format, and publish website content across pages, reusable components, and templates.
• Manage digital assets in the DAM platform, including uploads, tagging, metadata, categorisation, and library organisation.
• Assist with content migration from legacy systems, ensuring accurate and consistent transfers.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on content, links, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on website updates, content requests, and post-launch support.
