Job summary

BestOption Management Consultants Inc is seeking a Sales Agent in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and closing sales to grow our consulting services portfolio.

You will engage with potential clients, present consulting solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. A strong track record in sales and willingness to travel are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, with 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to identify and close new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills with a goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calling, networking and lead generation.
• Present and demonstrate consulting services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales profitably.
• Track and manage sales pipelines with accurate forecasting and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Attend industry events to expand network and generate leads.
