Outsourcey in the Philippines is hiring for a Consultant role within its Evention SaaS consulting practice. You will lead client projects with PMs, Consultants, and Analysts to deliver tailored SaaS solutions and drive client success.

You will develop client-relations, solution architecture, and system integrations skills, with a clear career path toward Consultant II, Project Lead, and Project Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Hospitality Food & Beverage Admin and/or Accounting.
• Retail Admin and/or Accounting experience.
• Experience in Banking, Accounting, and/or Finance Admin.
• Technical / Software (SaaS) Training experience.
• Technical / Software (SaaS) Customer Service experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects within a team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts using client details to create custom solutions via the Evention SaaS.
• Develop skills in client relations, solution architecture, and system integrations on the SaaS path.
• Own and lead projects through setup, training, testing, and go-live phases.
• Understand client processes to define project opportunities and tailor Evention software accordingly.
• Draft documentation with web-based project management tools for client projects.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, and Client Success teams to deliver solutions.
• Communicate product site intricacies with Evention and Client Success teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to promote client retention.

Profile Requirements:

• 2+ years in one or more of the following:
• Hospitality Food & Beverage Administration and/or Accounting
• Retail Administration and/or Accounting
• Other Banking, Accounting, and/or Finance Administration
• Technical / Software (SaaS preferred) Training
• Technical / Software (SaaS preferred) Customer Service

Core responsibilities:

• The Consultant leads projects within a team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts. As a Consultant, you will use client details to create custom solutions via the Evention SaaS.
• During your time you will develop wide-ranging skills within client relations, solution architecture, and system integrations. The role is on the career path of SaaS Consulting / Project Management and can lead to promotion to Consultant II, Project Lead, and Project Manager.
• Own and lead projects through the setup, training, testing, and go-live phases.
• Gain an understanding of the client's current processes to define project opportunities.
• Create tailored Evention software for clients based on defined project opportunities.
• Draft documentation with web-based project management tools.
• Document the product site's customized Evention process with various internal teams to deliver the best possible solution (Development Team, Professional Services Team, etc.).
• Communicate any relevant product site intricacies with Evention's Client Success Team.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Account Executives, Development, Design, and Client Success associates to promote client retention.
• The Consultant is a key member of a sub-team within the department. On this team they will collaborate with the following positions:
• Project Manager - Team lead.
• Consultant - Other consultant(s) who lead projects.
• Analyst - Project task assistant.
• The Consultant will also work across departments to drive implementation, commercial and product success.
