Job summary

CIM Education Center in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell training services through outbound calls, lead generation, and proactive client engagement. You will manage prospect data and actively support training delivery from pre-sales to post-sales.

You will identify market needs, tailor solutions, and collaborate with the Technical Solutions Team to ensure successful delivery, enrollment targets, and strong client relationships for CIM Education

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and training services preferred.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and tailor training solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with CRM updates and accurate records.
• Target-driven with proven track record in achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the AEC and Manufacturing sectors.
• Present training programs, courses, schedules, and benefits clearly to prospects.
• Identify and understand prospects' needs to recommend suitable training.
• Handle inquiries and objections; follow up to convert prospects into enrollments.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, interactions, and enrollment status.
• Coordinate with Technical Solutions Team to support training delivery.
• Prepare proposals, costing, quotations, and sales reports.
• Monitor forecasts, pipeline activities, and individual performance.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth delivery of training services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships for CIM Education Center.
