Job summary

Adco Blue Corporation seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to promote construction and architectural products to developers, contractors, architects and engineers. This role blends technical knowledge with sales to help clients find the right solutions while building strong business relationships.

The candidate will meet with clients, conduct product presentations, visit project sites, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Licensed or non-licensed applicants welcome
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to do fieldwork and site visits
• Computer literate; familiar with AutoCAD an advantage
• Experience in construction materials, architectural products, or technical sales is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients including developers, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
• Visit project sites to inspect, measure, and assess requirements
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
• Follow up on inquiries and ongoing projects
• Attend client meetings and site inspections
• Recommend suitable products based on project needs
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Find new sales opportunities and build long-term relationships
• Close projects and achieve sales targets
• Prepare weekly sales and accomplishment reports
