Job summary

LIMITLESS KONSTRAQ INC. seeks an on-site Construction Manager to lead solar/EPC projects in the Philippines. You will supervise progress, quality, safety, and site discipline, organize teams and subcontractors, inspect installations, and support commissioning and issue resolution.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, ensure HSE compliance, and travel to project sites long-term as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or higher).
• Strong on-site management and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise progress, quality, safety, and site discipline on construction sites.
• Organize construction teams, subcontractors, and labor; coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients.
• Inspect electrical installations, support commissioning, and resolve site issues.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower to control costs; ensure HSE compliance.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports; travel to project sites as required.

On-site construction management, supervising progress, quality, safety, and site discipline; organize construction teams, subcontractors, and labor; on-site equipment adjustment, installation inspection, commissioning support, and issue resolution; track material, equipment, and manpower needs to control costs; inspect quality and implement rectifications; coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients; support Meralco interconnection, net-metering, and CFEI acceptance; prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports; implement HSE and safety briefings; willing to travel and work on-site long-term.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil or Electrical Engineering;
• PRC license preferred;
• at least 2 complete C&I solar project construction management experiences;
• 5+ years of construction management, solar/power/EPC experience preferred;
• familiar with solar construction, electrical installation, and civil works;
• familiar with LGU permits, Meralco interconnection, and CFEI acceptance;
• strong on-site management, coordination, and emergency response skills;
• good English;
• willing to work long-term at project sites in the Philippines.
