Job summary

LIMITLESS KONSTRAQ INC. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for C&I solar projects in the Philippines.

You will oversee full lifecycle management, coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner’s engineers, and ensure timely permits and grid connections. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, PRC license preferred, and a track record of managing 2+ solar projects (100kW–5MW) with at least 5 years in construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• PRC license preferred.
• Experience managing 2+ complete C&I solar projects (100kW–5MW).
• 5+ years construction management experience, including 2+ years in solar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle management of C&I solar projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner’s engineers.
• Review drawings and construction methods; chair on-site coordination meetings.
• Liaise with LGU, Meralco, DOE/ERC for permits and grid connection; ensure HSE compliance.
• Review subcontractor progress and billing; manage acceptance, commissioning, turnover, and as-built archiving.
• Willing to travel and be stationed on-site.

Job description

Full lifecycle management of C&I solar projects; manage construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner’s engineers; develop plans and track progress, quality, safety, cost, and contracts; review drawings and construction methods; chair on-site coordination meetings; liaise with LGU, Meralco, DOE/ERC for permits and grid connection; implement HSE; review subcontractor progress and billing; responsible for acceptance, commissioning, turnover, and as-built archiving; willing to travel and be stationed on-site.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; PRC license preferred; at least 2 complete C&I solar projects (100kW–5MW) management experience; 5+ years of construction management, including 2+ years in solar; familiar with Philippine building codes, OSH, and solar construction processes; familiar with Meralco interconnection, net-metering, and CFEI processes; proficient in MS Project/Primavera P6; fluent in English.
