• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and allocate daily manpower while ensuring work follows construction and shop drawings.
• Monitor work progress, attend project meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager with shop drawing preparations, method statement submissions, and project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect lists promptly.
• Record and track project defects, ensuring proper documentation for variations and related matters.
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over within deadlines with high quality standards.
• Provide proactive solutions to site-related issues in coordination with the Project Team.
• Enforce proper construction safety measures and compliance at all times.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for project operations
