Record and track all project defects, ensuring proper documentation for variation orders and other related matters

Ensure projects are completed and handed over within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Provide proactive solutions to site-related issues in coordination with the Project Team

Enforce proper construction safety measures and compliance at all times

Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for project operations

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline

Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
