Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of infrastructure, facilities and engineering-related projects. You will liaise with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress and accurate documentation.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong coordination skills and at least 2 years of experience in project delivery or building services.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services, facilities management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, building services, MEP, facilities management or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with consultant, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Review and monitor project submissions, drawings and documents.
• Assist in site coordination, progress tracking and project administration.
• Assist in translating operational and user requirements into technical and design inputs.
