Job summary

LKH Projects Distribution Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Project Coordinator/Manager to lead the full lifecycle from tendering and design approval to site execution. You will act as the technical liaison between sales, customers and contractors, ensuring timely contract fulfilment while upholding safety standards and project maximisation.

Strong English and Mandarin skills are required. Responsibilities include coordinating site surveys, design management, tender preparation, and problem solving

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related.
• Experience in site coordination in construction.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards in project management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Initiate and verify project requirements with sales and customers for planning.
• Attend on-site issues and provide troubleshooting support.
• Oversee projects from planning to completion, including site surveys and design management.
• Execute the scope of work as planned.
• Prepare tender documents and BOM submissions for approval.
• Build relationships with contractors and attend site meetings for coordination.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide technical consultation to drive revenue and tailor solutions.
• Ensure timely invoicing for project closure and documentation.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks.
