Job summary

A3G Construction and Trading Corp. in Pampanga seeks a Project Coordinator to liaise with clients, engineers, and project teams on requirements and updates.

You will monitor progress, schedules, and milestones, and prepare and maintain project documents and correspondence. Assist in coordinating daily activities, reviewing technical drawings, scheduling labor and resources, and ensuring clear communication between office, site, and clients.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction and project management.
• Preferably knowledgeable in reading technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on project sites when required.
• Preferably residing in or near Magalang, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams regarding project requirements and updates.
• Monitor and track project progress, schedules, and work milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, records, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating daily project activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Review and organize technical drawings, and project-related files.
• Assist in work scheduling, manpower coordination, and resource monitoring.
• Ensure proper communication between the office, project site, and clients.
• Report project concerns, delays, and updates to the Project Manager or supervisor.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
