Job summary

Janus Steel is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain client relationships in the construction and metal fabrication sectors. You will visit client sites, process orders, prepare quotations, and report on sales performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, excellent communication in English and Tagalog, and a proactive, independent work style. A fixed salary plus allowances and commission are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction industry.
• Extroverted and relationship-driven with clients in construction industry.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog; strong verbal and written communication.
• Fast learner and independent worker.
• Persistent and confident in speaking to potential clients; background in construction and metal manufacturing/fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Visiting client offices and project sites.
• Receiving orders and creating quotations for fabrication approval.
• Submitting routine sales reports.
• Collating and maintaining client information in a spreadsheet.
• Reporting to executives on lead database and sales metrics weekly.
