Job summary

IWG is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead New Centre Openings (NCO) and refurbishment programmes. You will manage outsourced partners to deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with global design standards, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and consistent quality across estates.

Responsibilities include end-to-end programme management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across countries, with a focus on delivering ROI and adherence to IWG guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience in fast-paced environments such as Retail, Banking, Hotels or Professional consultancy.
• Experience managing multiple openings to demanding timescales with tight budget controls.
• Proactive problem solving with a customer-first approach.
• Highly commercial and able to reduce costs while improving standardisation.
• High attention to detail and ability to cope with ambiguity and change.
• Experience in refurbishment and maintenance management is desirable.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Experience selecting and managing partners through competitive tenders would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Programme manage end-to-end delivery with outsourced partners, ensuring clarity on expectations, deadlines and risk escalation.
• Take full accountability for scope, programme and cost.
• Ensure partners align fit-out with global design and build standards.
• Plan refurbishment and maintenance of existing estate with minimal disruption and ROI focus.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and supplier performance per contractual terms.
• Leverage network to engage the right suppliers for NCO and refurbishment projects.
