Job summary

International Workplace Group plc (IWG) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead New Centre Openings and refurbishment programmes. You will manage external partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with our design standards.

You will plan end-to-end delivery, control scope and costs, and ensure our partners meet global Design & Build guidelines. The role requires strong stakeholder management across countries and a proactive, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Significant project/programme management experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Programme manage end-to-end delivery with outsourced partners.
• Accountable for scope, programme and cost.
• Ensure fit-out aligns with global design and build standards.
• Plan refurbishment and maintenance with minimal customer disruption.
• Manage stakeholders and supplier performance per contracts.
• Build and maintain partner network for NCO and refurbishments.
