Job summary

IWG plc in the Philippines is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead New Centre Openings and refurbishment programmes. You will manage external partners, ensure on-time delivery, within budget and in line with global design standards.

You will handle end-to-end programme management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across countries. The role demands a proactive, commercially focused leader able to drive standardisation and minimise disruption to customers while delivering ROI

Qualifications

• Significant project/programme management experience in fast-paced environments such as Retail, Retail banking, Hotels or Professional consultancy.
• Experience managing multiple openings to demanding timescales and tight budget controls.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and a customer-first mindset.
• Highly commercial and results-focused with cost reduction and standardisation experience.

Responsibilities

• Programme manage end-to-end delivery with outsourced partners, ensuring clear expectations, deadlines and timely issue escalation.
• Fully accountable for scope, programme and cost.
• Ensure partners align fit-out with global design and build standards.
• Plan and manage refurbishment and maintenance of existing estate, minimising disruption and prioritising ROI.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to align priorities with business needs and maintain supplier engagement under contract.
• Utilise network of contacts to partner with the right suppliers.
