Job summary

International Workplace Group plc (IWG) is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Philippines to lead end-to-end delivery of New Centre Openings and refurbishment projects. You will manage external partners, ensure adherence to design standards, and control scope, schedule, and costs while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires strong programme management, commercial focus, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• Significant project/programme management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing multiple openings to demanding timescales and tight budgets.
• Proactive problem solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong commercial focus with cost reduction while standardising processes.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Experience with refurbishment and maintenance programmes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery with external partners for New Centre Openings (NCO) and refurbishments.
• Accountable for scope, programme and cost, ensuring alignment with design standards.
• Oversee fit-out in line with global design and build standards.
• Plan refurbishment/maintenance to minimise customer disruption and maximise ROI.
• Engage and manage internal/external stakeholders and suppliers per contracts.
• Build and utilise networks to partner with right suppliers for large Design & Build programmes.
