Job summary

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our procurement team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services for projects.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement systems, inventory management software, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders with clear specs, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and an approved vendors database with performance metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams for stock availability.
• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with finance for payment and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and regulations.
• Track delivery schedules and address delays or quality issues.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and process improvement recommendations.
• Liaise with project teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
