The successful candidate will coordinate with project engineers, warehouse personnel, and suppliers to meet material requirements and delivery schedules, while maintaining accurate records and negotiating terms where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract terms.
• Background in construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Request quotations and compare supplier prices and specifications.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor purchase requests.
• Coordinate with project engineers, warehouse staff, and suppliers on material needs and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain supplier records and database accuracy.
• Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers.
• Work with construction team to ensure material availability for projects.
