Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in construction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for construction projects.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on material requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock management processes.
• Develop and implement procurement policies to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and related docs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
