Job summary

Outsource Recruiter in the Philippines is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers with coordination, review, distribution, and documentation of drawings, specifications, and project-related requests. You will help ensure information is accurate, organized, and communicated to stakeholders.

This role emphasizes shop drawing coordination, drawing/specification review, change order support, RFI coordination, and overall project administration.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• General computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and distribute shop drawings and other project documentation.
• Assist Project Managers in reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
• Support Project Managers with change order reviews and contract scope coordination.
• Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure project-related items are tracked and communicated.
• Help maintain organized and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide reliable coordination and administrative support to Project Managers.
• Communicate project updates and outstanding items to relevant stakeholders.
