Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer for Construction to join our onsite team in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on processing RFIs, managing submittals, and handling change orders, with a night shift schedule and full-time commitment.

You will support the project team by maintaining material lead item logs, updating plans with revised documents, and ensuring accurate billings. Strong English communication and construction terminology knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction terms and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn construction software.
• Familiar with imperial measurement units (e.g., feet, inches).

Responsibilities

• Process and track RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Obtain and process submittals and manage material lead item logs.
• Handle change orders and billings.
• Update plans with revised documents for project teams.
• Support the project team with additional tasks as required.

Your Role

• Processing and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Obtaining and processing submittals
• Managing material lead item logs
• Processing change orders
• Processing billings
• Updating plans with revised documents
• Assisting the project team with other tasks as required

Qualifications
