Qualifications

• Knowledge/background in Construction is preferred (material sourcing and specification knowledge is an advantage, solid understanding of owner supplied materials)
• At least 3 years of high level procurement experience (complete procurement life cycle knowledge)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) together with effective negotiation skills (firm, fair and ethical)
• Strong analytical skills, able to present strategic sourcing analysis (Market Research and Cost Analysis)
• Team player (Willing to render overtime and help the team as needed)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help out in contract review and analysis (small volume contract <100,000 contract value and as per request)
• Develop sourcing plan to maximize company resources (able to realize high value hard savings)
• Collaborate with suppliers for timely provision of requirements.

(Includes but not limited to POs issued, Payment Request, Total delivered vs Outstanding items ordered, Memorandums, Item price lists, Contracts, Quotations)

• Initiate strict compliance of Vendor Accreditation (Supplier Based)
